April 9: Easter Celebration Dinner


What a joy it is to spend time celebrating with family, celebrating the unconditional, complete love of God, love that would sacrifice a son and raise him from the dead for our eternal freedom.

I am thankful for a day of celebration including,
-quiet tea time on the deck
-bellinis while chopping veggies and fruit
-warmth of kitchen and coolness of an open door
-family rests while watching the Masters
-company of loved ones
-cooking advice and help making decisions
-kitchen breaks and a walk for a latte
-success of the rib roast
-fresh spring veggies
-home baked bread
-slow walks, football, water, benches, sunshine
-chocolate, coconut, fruit
-plans to reconnect soon






Our Easter Menu:
Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary
Whole Wheat Bread
Spring Salad with lettuce and cabbage from the Farmers' Market, almonds, and cranberries
Coconut Macaroons with Fresh Strawberries and Pineapple
